Web App Designer | UI/UX

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web App Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design and proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing web applications while working closely with the development team to ensure a seamless implementation of your designs.
Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design: Create user-friendly and engaging interfaces for web applications, ensuring a great user experience.
• Frontend Support: Collaborate with the development team to implement and refine designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Responsive Design: Design interfaces that are optimized for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent experience across platforms.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience:
  - Proven experience as a Web/App Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
  - Hands-on experience with frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is required.
• - At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX.
• Skills:
  - Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  - Solid understanding of modern web design principles, user-centered design, and usability.
  - Ability to write clean, organized, and reusable code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  - Knowledge of frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
  - Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
