Mô tả công việc

1. Responsible for building and training the regional transportation team, as well as daily management. Undertake transportation project models and cost optimization for the region, ensuring that transportation service timeliness meets standards, and being accountable for regional customer satisfaction and cost competitiveness results.
2. Responsible for enhancing regional transportation operational capabilities, building and managing the cloud distribution network.
3. Team Management: Build an efficient team, oversee daily operations and skill enhancement, motivate the team, and inspire others.
4. Transportation Solution Design: Analyze operational processes based on customer needs and design specialized solutions targeting customer pain points.
5. Carrier Resource Management and Optimization: Responsible for the operational effectiveness of regional transportation resources.
运输经理岗位职责JD:
1、负责区域运输团队搭建及培养,日常管理。承接区域运输项目模式及成本优化,确保运输服务时效达标,对区域客户满意度和成本竞争力结果负责;
2、负责区域运输运营能力的打造,云配网络的搭建及管理。
3、团队管理:组建高效团队,负责团队日常运营及能力提升,激励团队、点亮他人;
4、运输方案设计:依据客户需求梳理操作流程,针对客户痛点设计专业化解决方案;
5、承运商资源管理及优化,对区域运输资源的运营效果负责;

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor's degree or above; bilingual communication skills in Chinese and Vietnamese; knowledge of English preferred.
2. Over 5 years of experience in corporate logistics or third-party logistics.
3. Experience managing frontline teams of more than 10 people; practical with strong hands-on experience.
4. Experience in building and managing regional transportation networks; familiar with local transportation market resources, especially regional distribution and last-mile delivery resources.
5. Strong resource management and integration capabilities, with extensive hands-on experience in resource utilization.
6. Strong abilities in designing transportation solutions and optimizing projects, with excellent business communication and negotiation skills.
7. Proficient in using office tools such as PPT and Excel.
8. Proactive, optimistic, with strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历,中越双语沟通能力,会英文优先;
2、5年以上企业物流或第三方物流工作经验;
3、负责过10人以上的一线团队管理工作;务实且具有较强的实战经验;
4、具备区域运输网络建设和管理经历;对当地运输市场资源熟悉,尤其是区域配送及落地配资源;
5、有较强的资源管理及整合能力,并具备实丰富的资源实操经验;
6、有较强运输方案设计、项目优化能力,具备较强的业务沟通及谈判能力。
7、具备一定的PPT、EXCEL等办公工具操作技能;
8、主动学习、积极向上、乐观心态,处理应变能力强。
