Talent Development Specialist

Our client is a large-scale Vietnamese company, currently recruiting for the position ofTalent Development Specialist (ID18208, 1900USD):

• Develop talent development strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives

• Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs: training, coaching, mentoring, etc.

• Build and execute succession planning programs.

• Develop and implement employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.

• Promote corporate culture and foster a continuous learning culture across the organization.

• Male/Female, under 45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (background in port operation and logistics is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years in Talent Development/People Development roles within large-scale corporations (2,000+ employees).
• Proficiency in English (all four skills).
