Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will support daily HR operations and play a key role in building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Support timekeeping, payroll, and employee benefits administration.
Assist in recruitment activities: drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Respond to HR queries and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Assist the HR Manager with ad-hoc projects and tasks.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
HR-related experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
