Spa Supervisor - Giám Sát Spa - Movenpick Resort Cam Ranh

1. Position Overview

The Spa Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high service standards, and smooth coordination between spa team members. This role includes supervising therapists, maintaining facility readiness, managing training, driving sales, and upholding Mövenpick's brand values.

The Spa Supervisor must lead by example with warmth, professionalism, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Planning & Organizing

• Ensure spa facilities, treatment rooms, and equipment are always in excellent condition and fully operational
• Supervise daily schedules, therapist allocations, and operational checklists.
• Conduct regular briefings and ensure team awareness of spa promotions, guest profiles, and daily activities.
• Maintain stock levels and manage inventory for treatment products and operational supplies.
• Support the development of new procedures and stay updated with innovations in the spa industry.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints calmly and professionally.

B. Operations

• Ensure all treatments follow Mövenpick’s standards of excellence
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction; lead corrective actions when necessary.
• Drive spa sales through upselling, product knowledge, and service communication.
• Conduct on-the-job training and ensure all therapists are competent and certified in treatments.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, preventive maintenance, and grooming standards.
• Support the team during peak hours by performing treatments when required
• Ensure compliance with safety, emergency procedures, and spa operation manuals.

C. Administration

• Maintain SOP adherence and documentation.
• Track performance targets, sales results, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Coordinate communication with Rooms Division Manager and related departments.
• Ensure accurate reporting, attendance records, and participation in meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
• Certification in massage therapy or wellness treatment techniques.
• Experience in luxury hotels or hospitality spa operations preferred.
