    1. Training Program Development:
    Identify training needs with product development and stakeholders.
    Design curricula, materials, and assessments.
    Create user guides, tutorials, webinars, and workshops.
    ​2. Training Delivery:
    Conduct in-person and virtual training for end-users.
    Facilitate interactive learning for encourage participation, knowledge retention, and skill application.
    Provide one-on-one coaching.
    Manage training logistics.
    3. Training Evaluation and Improvement:
    Administer post-training assessments and analyze feedback for improvements.
    Update training materials regularly.
    Report on training metrics.
    Partner with the product development team to stay informed about new features, updates, and bug fixes.
    Work with the customer support team to identify common user issues and incorporate solutions into training programs.
    Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align training initiatives with overall company goals and strategies.

    Stay informed on platform updates.
    Align training with company goals.
    Build positive stakeholder relationships.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Yêu Cầu Công Việc
    Bachelor's degree.
    At least 01 year experience in technical training, instructional design, or related fields.
    Proficient in creating training materials using various tools.
    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
    Strong technical writing skills for clear and concise documentation.
    Willingness to travel for in-person training sessions.
    Adaptability, patience, creativity.
    Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering a positive learning environment.
