Site Admin / Site Secretary

• Assistant to Resident Engineer & Construction Manager at site & sometime in the office (if required) with all administrative works relating to involved project. • Set up and manage documents control system as per RHDHV QMS system (you will be trained for this). • Handle all documents in and out. • Drawing / document distribution and registration. • Set up and maintain document overview lists. • Interpreting, translating documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa. • Taking minutes of the meeting. • Filing control. • Photocopy, printing, scan and binding book. • Other duties which may be reasonably required./p

• A degree in relevant fields. • At least 03 years' experience in secretarial position, prefer the candidates that have experience of working with projects in construction field. • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent communication abilities for interactions with Vietnamese colleagues and foreigners. • Hardworking, proactive and collaborative approach.
