Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Search for, propose, and work with recruitment service providers to post job vacancies, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Search for candidate profiles for assigned job vacancies.

- Assist in searching for candidate profiles or posting recruitment information to support company units as required.

- Arrange interview schedules, participate in interviews for assigned positions, provide feedback and interview results to candidates, negotiate with selected candidates regarding proposed salary and official start date.

- Facilitate recruitment procedures in accordance with company processes.

- Perform procedures to arrange for new employees to start work.

- Monitor probationary employees and carry out procedures for evaluating probationary employees, propose labor contract signing.

- Check and ensure that forms in the recruitment process of the unit are implemented in accordance with company regulations.

- Prepare monthly, mid-year, year-end, and ad-hoc recruitment reports as required at the company office, review unit recruitment reports, and compile them into the company's overall recruitment report.

- Participate in employer branding activities.

Education and Major:

- University graduate, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, etc.

Experience:

- 4-5 years of experience in recruitment at large-scale companies, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods companies or high-end recruitment service providers.

Professional Knowledge & Skills:

- Knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law.

- General human resources knowledge.

Other Requirements:

- Proficient in MS Office.
