Responsibilities:
TALENT ACQUISITION (50%):
· Be responsible for recruiting activities for the factory as per the recruitment request from hiring manager
· Post and update job openings through recruiting channels
· Select and screen the appropriate CVs, and arrange the interview with hiring manager
· Work with C&B team and hiring manager for salary proposal
· Issue the offer letter and prepare onboarding documents for successful candidate
· Build and manage the candidate database
· Partner with Admin staff to organize the recruitment events such as career day, job fair
· Execute the recruitment report
TRAINING(50%:
· Conduct New Hire Orientation training for new employees
· Conduct HR policies training for all employees
· Establish the training policies and procedures
· Conduct soft skill training courses such as effective communication skill, presentation skill, problem-solving skill, etc
· Work with department managers to identify Training Need Analysis (TNA) and make the training plan for all employees (including technical training courses)
· Work with internal trainers or external trainers to execute the training plan
· Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs
· Maintain updated records of training curricula and materials
· Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager
· Graduated from University of any majors.
· Experience: 2 -3 years of experience in internal trainer or similar role
· A good command of English is required.
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to assess training needs and design effective training programs
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
