Senior System Analyst (Power BI)

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst (PowerBI) with strong expertise in Power BI to design, optimize, and manage interactive dashboards that influence high-level decision-making. Alongside BI, you will explore practical AI applications to enhance analytics capabilities and improve business processes. Description Power BI Leadership (80%) * Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with evolving business needs. * Gather and translate business requirements into actionable, visual insights. * Integrate Power BI with various data sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. * Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and user experience. * Establish and maintain BI best practices, conducting training and providing ongoing user support. * Monitor and adopt the latest Power BI updates and features to continuously improve solutions. AI Enablement (20%) * Support the design and deployment of AI solutions using Microsoft AI services (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, etc.). * Identify targeted opportunities where AI can enhance reporting, forecasting, and analytics workflows. * Assist in integrating AI-driven insights into BI platforms for more advanced decision-making. Profile * Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar BI role. * Strong skills in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and SQL. * Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL, and integration processes. * Experience with Microsoft Azure AI tools is a plus. * Proficiency in Python for analytics is desirable. * Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. * Microsoft certifications in Power BI are highly valued.
