A leading data intelligence group in SEA is hiring a COO to scale regional business lines, drive M&A integration, and support strategic growth with the CEO. This executive role offers P&L ownership and optional oversight of core functions such as HR, Finance, and Business Intelligence. Description As a COO, your main responsibilities will include: * Regional Business Leadership: * Lead and scale core business lines across Southeast Asia * Own P&L, growth strategies, and performance metrics * Develop and execute go-to-market, pricing, and service delivery models * Back-Office Oversight (optional): * Oversee HR, Finance & Accounting, Infrastructure & Operations, and Business Intelligence * Ensure high service quality, cost efficiency, and alignment with business goals * Set KPIs, budgets, and SLAs in collaboration with functional heads * Strategic Planning & Execution: * Partner with the CEO to define 3-5 year operational roadmaps * Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews * ProcessOptimization & Automation: * Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce costs * Sponsor digital transformation and best-practice operating models * Leadership & Stakeholder Management: * Build and manage high-performing cross-functional teams across markets * Act as a key liaison between business units, support functions, and the CEO * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making Profile A successful COO should have: * Education & Background: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields * MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred * Experience: * 10+ years in senior operations roles with full P&L responsibility * Proven experience in scaling business operations across multiple countries (preferably in SEA) * Strong track record in managing cross-functional teams and complex organizational structures * Demonstrated ability to oversee back-office functions (HR, Finance, I&O, BI) * Skills & Competencies: * Strategic planning and execution with data-driven decision-making * Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project management skills * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities * Cross-cultural leadership and team-building experience in a matrixed organization * Languages: * Fluent in English (both written and spoken) * Proficiency in another SEA language is a plus Job Offer Our client offers you: * A competitive salary range. * Additional

A successful COO should have: Education & Background:

Experience:
10+ years in senior operations roles with full P&L responsibility
