- Conduct analysis and review of pricing, costs, operational processes and profitability for selected clients using relevant pricing tools.
- Propose pricing strategies on RFQ to Sales executives and managers.
- Work closely with Commercial team to develop, implement and follow up on proposed actions.
- Manage pricing strategy, simulation, surcharge, training, promotion, competition.
- Regularly analyze and update competitors' prices and offer sales strategies on price.
- Check spot rate for sales team
- Cary out projects relating to report creation & design, revenue and customer databases.
- Develop, lead and implement a centralized sales planning, support, and reporting structure to achieve economies of scale, consistency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with monthly reporting requirements for both Country and Region.
- Work closely with Commercial team to develop, implement and follow up on proposed actions
- Support for Sales Support manager to define the target for sales team & each sales members.
- Calculate incentive for sales team.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education : Bachelor degree holder or above in Pricing Logistic or equivalent
- Professional Knowledge : Familiar with both manual and automated accounting recording system and some exposure in Oracle and SAP system as an added advantage
- Working Experience : Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required and with sound knowledge in logistic principles.
- Competencies : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, Pricing Logistics
- Minimum 3-5 years of overall experience financial analysis related role, ideally with pricing experience
- Prior experience working in a commercial role or with commercial teams within the logistics industry is preferred
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Positive mindset and a great desire to learn.
- Able to analyze data mainly Excel, VBA, make Excel dashboard, SQL
- Others : Fair English & Chinese level (written and spoken)
