Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
Create user stories and user flows with a focus on customer experience (CX).
Use tools such as Figma and PowerPoint to arrange and organize existing UI elements (no heavy design work required).
Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with cross◦ functional teams throughout the SDLC.
Document and track requirements, issues, and progress using Jira.
Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business goals.
Bridge communication between clients, solution designers, and development teams.
Ensure delivery of high◦ quality, functional products aligned with business needs.

At least 6 year of experience in Business Analyst
Solid understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in Agile teams.
Hands-on experience with Jira for task and project tracking.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not for development, but to understand and communicate effectively with dev teams).
Proficiency in creating user stories and visual documentation (wireframes, user flows).
Experience with Figma and PowerPoint to present structured content and mockups.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with both business and technical teams.
Experience in UAT planning and execution.

Salary: Negotiate.
Package: At least 13 months/ year. Review periodically following company policy.
