About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in SaaS solution selling and strong Japanese language proficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, building relationships with Japanese-speaking clients, and supporting our expansion in the Japanese segment in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients for SaaS solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, product demos, proposal, negotiation to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business needs.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor sales strategies for the Japanese segment.
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve services and market fit.
1–2 years of proven sales experience in SaaS / technology solutions (B2B preferred).
Fluent in Japanese (N2 or above) both written and verbal.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client pain points and present solutions effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Fluent in English is a plus
