Senior Associate - Office of General Counsel

Position Objectives:

Support the OGC in identifying and managing legal risks and to comply with laws and regulations and PwC Network policies

Responsibilities:

1) Legal consulting

Advise on legal matters and solutions in relation to the operation of the Firm

2) Contract management

Prepare templates, provide guidance and consultation on the Firm’s contracts

3) PwC Network Standards compliance management

Conduct compliance assessments including testing and reporting on the compliance of PwC Network Standards including anti-corruption, antitrust, insider trading, data protection including data privacy

4) Corporate secretary

Support in handling corporate governance documents and corporate licensing

5) Other

Prepare and support on training by OGC on important/new legislations, contracts, policies

Collaborate with R&Q/Firm stakeholders in internal projects/processes/policies

Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned by Malaysia / Vietnam General Counsel

Requirements:

• Vietnam law education background

• Solid knowledge of Vietnam laws and regulations, preferably in finance and consulting businesses

• Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, law interpretation and implementation skills, digital mindset

• Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
