- Handle the full set of accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Financial monthly statement (PL / BS / GC).
- Manage multi-currency accounting (USD, SGD, JPY).
- Handle GST, tax matters, and CPF contributions (mainly via online applications) for the Singapore side.
- Use MYOB accounting software (similar to MISA in Vietnam).
- Process payroll for Singaporean staff (3 employees) and Vietnamese staff (12 employees).
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
- Manage accounts payable for tours and hotels.
- Report tour sales and cost summaries.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the accounting field.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written) (Upper Intermediate level)
- Have experience in Accounting for Singaporean companies (must requirement)
- Social/ Health Insurance (Full Salary)
- Parking Fee
- 13-month salary
- Business trip to Singapore
- 14 annual leaves
