Mô tả công việc:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to manage the processing and tracking of customer orders. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service and support throughout the entire order process. This position requires strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capability to manage logistics operations to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Order Processing:

• Receive orders from the Sales team and review them for accuracy and completeness.

• Input customer orders into the order management system.

• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by coordinating with relevant departments (e.g., Sales, Warehouse, Shipping, and Insurance).

2. Supplier Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with the Supplier’s Customer Service team to ensure timely order dispatch, product availability, and resolution of any stock issues or delays.

• Communicate with the Supplier’s Logistics department to ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and up to date.

3. Shipment Tracking:

• Monitor and track shipments from origin to delivery, providing customers with timely updates on order status.

• Address any delivery issues (e.g., delays, damages, discrepancies) and ensure prompt resolutions are communicated to customers.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

• Ensure that all relevant order documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, and shipping records) is complete and accurate.

• Maintain and update records of customer orders and shipments for internal reference and auditing purposes.

5. Inventory Management Support:

• Monitor stock levels and place orders with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed.

• Alert management to stock discrepancies or inventory issues that could affect customer orders.


Yêu cầu công việc:

Qualifications:

• A degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.

• Knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and logistics processes is desirable.

• Proficiency in English is required; multilingual skills are a plus.

• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools is advantageous.


Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with standard working hours.

• The role will primarily be office-based, with occasional visits to warehouses or logistics facilities.
