Mô tả công việc:

- Take care of Ocean, Air Business and Customs procedures with team members;
- Support, consult the clients and negotiate with vendors with required;
- To make business plan and implement sales strategies;
- To support the General Manager, sales team and take care of sales progress, rules and regulations of the relevant authorities and the company;
- Expand the potential customer base, especially Korean companies;
- Follow up and control employees' performance, make training plan for sales dept members;
- Create new services, business tools to bring a breakthrough into the market;
- Issue market reports, find the solution to attract customers to build a long-lasting relationship.
- Other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

* Working time: 8:00 - 17:30 Mon - Fri

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Nationality: Korean
- English: Upper-Intermediate level.
- Having more than 3 years of working experience in sales or customer service field for a Korean international Logistics/Forwarder company is mandatory.
- Good management, negotiation and business planning skils, good knowledge of sales and marKorean of logistics field and air/ocean/warehouse/trucking/custom procedures
- Having good communication skill with cooperative attitude with other departments and customer-oriented mind.
- Can work under high pressure, high responsibility.
- Age : 30-50
