Sales Manager (Mro) ~50 Mil Net

1. Conduct market research, client visits, presentations, and sales activities to identify new business opportunities and secure quotation requests.
2. Gather and analyze customer product requirements, confirm details with clients, prepare and submit quotations.
3. Maintain relationships with existing customers, collect product information, and provide quotations.
4. Oversee order processing, delivery, and related post-sales operations.
5. Handle other related tasks including research, documentation, and report preparation.
6. Prepare regular sales and operational reports and present to senior management.
7. Collaborate with MRO team members, IT, and administration departments to improve business operations and efficiency.
8. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve team goals.
9. Manage and train the sales team, improve operational processes, and enhance team performance.

Language：Business-level Japanese proficiency or Business-level English and Daily communication-level Japanese.

No. of experienced year： At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role

Must:

・Work experience in a Japanese company.

・Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

・Experience in MRO or related industries.

■Salary : 30~50mil NET

■Working time：

Monday to Friday: 80 AM – 50 PM

April to September: 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays, 80 AM – 12:00 PM

October to March: No Saturday work
