-Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence in the manufacturing and electronics industries.
-Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key customers.
-Coordinate with suppliers and internal technical teams to deliver optimal product solutions.
-Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and recommend business development strategies.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to the sales team.
-Negotiate terms and contracts with major clients in alignment with company policies.
-Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic proposals for management.
-Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through proactive communication and after-sales support.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

-English (Intermediate or high)
-At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial consumables.
-Strong network in manufacturing sectors.
-Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT)
