Sales Manager (Dong Nai, HCM) (28810) | English and Japanese (communicate in 2 languages is must)

- Develop and expand business relationships with food manufacturers, OEM machine builders, system integrators, and distribution partners across Japan.
- Promote company’s hygienic conveyor belting solutions and identify applications where our products can improve production eƯiciency, hygiene, reliability, and
operational performance.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision makers within the food processing industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion activities in Japan.
- Work closely with customers to understand production processes, operational challenges, and application requirements.
- Coordinate technical and commercial activities together with company’s regional team, distributors, and global support functions.
- Support product presentations, technical discussions, trials, and commercial negotiations.
- Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, and industry events related to food processing and industrial automation.
- Maintain structured communication and reporting regarding market activities, customer developments, and business opportunities.

{MUST}
- Bachelor’s degree
- Japanese is N1 level (Prefer having JLPT N1) and English is Upper - Intermediate level
- Having at least 5 years sales Experience in technical sales, business development, or application sales within one or more of the following industries:
+ Food processing machinery
+ Conveyor systems
+ Packaging machinery
+ Industrial automation
+ Hygienic production equipment
+ Related industrial solutions
- Strong understanding of food manufacturing environments and industrial production processes.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with international teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Japan for customer visits, business development, technical discussions, exhibitions, and other business activities.
- Experience working with Japanese customers, distributors, OEMs, or industrial end users is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Japanese business culture and communication practices

{PREFER}
- Experience related to hygienic conveyor applications or food production lines.
- Experience working with international companies or overseas business activities.
- Technical background in engineering, industrial systems, or manufacturingrelated fields.
- Studied or worked in Japan before.
