- Bachelor's degree in any major
- English ability: able to work in English (TOEIC 700 or higher or equivalent).
- 3 years or more experience in a manager/leader position, already managed a sales team.
OR Having 1,5 - 2 years of experience in a manager/leader position and Understanding of mechanical engineering processes and technologies.
