1) New Customer Development
• Identify and approach potential new customers.
• Participate in customer visits, meetings, and business discussions and negotiations.
• Prepare sales proposals and presentation materials.
• Negotiate and finalize the Sales Contract with customers/suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities related to gas and energy business.
• Prepare internal sales reports and sales forecasts.
2) Existing Customer Management & Coordination
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with customers regarding gas supply schedules, operational matters, pricing information, and documentation.
• Handle customer requests, inquiries, and issue coordination.
• Coordinate internally with operation, engineering, and administration teams to ensure stable gas supply to customers.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, reports, and related sales documents.
• Coordinate invoicing, payment follow-up, and related documentation when required.
• Prepare internal reports and sales forecasts.
• Contract management and internal approval processes
3) Other Responsibilities
• Support company activities and projects as assigned.
• Maintain good communication and teamwork within the company.
• Comply with company policies, safety rules, and business procedures.
• Construction Management for biomass projects.
- Graduated from University
- English: At least Upper- Intermediate level
- Having at least 3-5 years sales B2B experience for industrial products
- Strong network for customers that are located in Industrial Park
- Having experience in project management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proactive mindset, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
- Basic AI skills and office application in daily works (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…).
- Ability to work independently with initiative, logical thinking, and clear communication skills.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Customer-oriented mindset and good relationship management skills.
