Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Data Mining:

o Use Dodge (or similar platforms) to identify relevant bidding opportunities involving railing systems. Develop search methods to identify leads.

o Review available information to determine relevant scope to be estimated

o Maintain and update a pipeline of potential projects with key deadlines and contact information.

• Bid Package Review:

o Analyze bid documents to determine project scope related to railing systems (e.g., drawings, specs, addenda).

o Highlight key project requirements and flag inconsistencies or special conditions.

• Sales Coordination:

o Co-ordinate with sales reps and estimators to distribute opportunities and assign bids.

o Co-ordinate with sales and estimating regarding the search methods used.

o Maintain accurate records of bid activities in CRM tracking software (Salesforce).

• Communication:

o Co-ordinate with the Sales and Estimating team regarding leads and areas of focus

o Communicate known pre-qual requirements to the Sales and Finance team.

• Administrative Support:

o Support the sales team with scheduling, reporting, and document management as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in sales coordination, estimating support, or construction project tracking.

• Familiarity with construction bid platforms such as Dodge (Dodge Construction Central) or ConstructConnect.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or bid tracking systems a plus.

• Proficiency in English speaking and writing skills.
