Chief Accountant

CSW Industrials (Nasdaq: CSWI) an US publicly traded company in Nasdaq stock market with approx. $6B market cap that serves a variety of HVAC end markets through 3 business units - Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions and Specialized Reliability Solutions. We’re having significant manufacturing – T.A Vietnam (TAVN) - base in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai.

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and take care the scope of local VAS Vietnam Accounting for both the operation of TAVN and RectorSeal Reporting Consolidation.

The candidate will possess excellent skills of communication both in English and Vietnamese and have experience in leading an accounting team for a company/factory.

Responsibilities & Job Duties

- Handle all matters related to the accounting of TAVN plant

- Control Accounting system: review and reclassify or correct data if needed

- Ensure bookkeeping system is compliant with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), US GAAP, Tax Regulations and company policies.

- Preparation and submission of financial & accounting reports as well as reconciliations

- Hands-on responsibility for all statutory, SOX audit requirements including audit, company income tax, value-added tax, withholding tax, personal income tax, regulatory statistics reporting, etc.., to ensure complete compliance with all governmental regulations and VAS

- Review daily financial transactions, purchase orders, expenditures…

- Monitor and/or analyze cash flow and funding request

- Monthly transactions: Bank reconciliation, financial report, Tax reports, Allocation of prepaid expenses…

- Control the company’s accounting process and build up ERP system

- Manage accounting team (General Accountant, Account Payable Accountant and Accounting Staff)

Experience & Education

- Good communication in English and Vietnamese (required)

- Degree in Accounting or Business Administration from a good university

- 2-3 years in the role of chief accountant or 5-7 years general accountant

- Prefer having experience with foreign multinational manufacturing companies

- Be able to work and join meeting at night with the US. team

- Good at Excel and somehow familiar with ERP
