Subvention Reconciliation:
- Perform regular reconciliations of subvention accounts, ensuring that all applied product code with subvention contract/ appendix/ notice to make sure all schemes are signed by both party HCVN and partner.
- Follow with partner to get confirmation on time based on agreement timeline in subvention contract/appendices.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or variances in subvention accounts.
- Ensure RI/ acceptance minute be sent to partners timely.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of reconciliation activities and discrepancies.
- Regular update subvention report for team to easy follow up and chase partners.
- Proactively escalate & do reporting for any issue related to subvention campaigns system, & come up with solution to improve system, process.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations related to subvention fees.
- Prepare Subvention contract/ appendix/ notice for KA partner until get fully signature of both partners
- Cross -check and record net-off document
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve reconciliation and documentation and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with the accounting & relevant team to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the accounting team and external stakeholders, including stone partners, subvention producers, insurers and auditors.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve reconciliation issues and gather necessary information.
Other requirements by department management.
- College degree/nice to have University degree
- Good Microsoft word, excel and power point skills
- Experience in sales admin, administrative work
- Good English skills : writing, reading, speaking
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling sensitive information and investigations.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to understanding and meeting client needs while
maintaining company policies and standards.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
