Safety & Security Officer (Nhân Viên An Toàn & An Ninh)

Security

• Supervise & force security guards implement properly regulation & improve their behavior/ activities.
• Random patrol to check actual people’s activities to make sure is complied with safety & security requirement/ regulation/ SOPs… by maintaining a visible presence to the site through field visits of the entire site at least 3 times per shift.
• Ensure that any suspicious such as data manipulation, breaking security procedures, pilferage, … and/ or un-compliance activities being observed are recorded & reported immediately to Manager for solving.
• Responsible for the daily cross-check of all transaction records from the weigh bridge, security camera, security gate records, Interflour Transport system and ensure immediate reporting of any suspicious record being observed and report to Manager for solving.
• Register and update the contractor/truck/people in/out on the security system as regulation.
• Update blacklist of truck/people right after it is occurred. Update list of visitor/ customer / contractor register to work/ visit IFV for security guard.
• Record all crash/collision/violation case for reporting & solving
• Monitor & check camera records to report any fault after replay. Make daily report after checking.
• All feedback/ complaint/ uncompliance from customer/ driver/ contractor has to be reported to PIC on time for solving & recording.
• Coordinate timely with related PIC of departments to solving emergency cases on duty shift.
• Operate & coordinate with related departments to maintain security boom gate system in good condition for operating.
• Operate & coordinate with related departments to maintain camera system in good condition for operating.

Safety

• Check record and report to make sure fire fighting equipments and system comply with law requirements & in good condition for operating.
• Check record and report to make sure fire alarm system & evacuation equipments comply with law & in good condition for operating.
• Follow up & check hazard equipment comply with law & in good condition for operating.

• College level or certificate in security trainings or similar
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the same position and same responsibilities
