Regional ERP Manager (Fluent English) ~ 60 - 80M [28261 - Hoan Kiem, Hanoi]

• 1. ERP Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and maintain a regional ERP strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives
  • Develop and oversee multi-year ERP roadmaps, including implementations, upgrades, harmonization, and potential system consolidation
  • Assess current and future ERP solutions to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business needs in a fast-growing environment

  2. ERP Governance & Change Management

  • Establish and manage ERP governance frameworks, including standardized change request processes, structured testing phases, and prioritization with both business and IT stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent ERP standards, processes, documentation, and access rights policies across the region

  3. ERP Implementation & Lifecycle Management

  • Lead regional ERP implementation and rollout projects while coordinating local and regional teams
  • Oversee the full ERP lifecycle, including deployment, stabilization, optimization, and continuous enhancement
  • Manage partnerships with ERP vendors, system integrators, and external service providers

  4. Business Partnership & Support

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to regional leadership teams, including Country General Managers and ASEAN leaders
  • Translate business requirements into ERP solutions and enhanced system functionalities
  • Enhance ERP utilization and business value by expanding functionalities beyond accounting into areas such as operations, analytics, and process automation

  5. Change, Adoption & Capability Building

  • Lead change management and user adoption initiatives for ERP projects
  • Ensure effective training programs, user support structures, and key-user networks are established across ASEAN countries
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making supported by ERP systems
