Mô tả công việc

Plan, develop and implement recuitment strategies
Build netwwork to develop a pool of candidates for various functions.
Correct and timely placement of internal and external adverisement.
Reviews and implement employment offers and participates in the onboarding of new hires
Prepare a contact point for the sources of casual workers and meet the request from Department.
Work with department to process time attendant record and payment for casual.
Performs other duties assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

Relevant experience or an relevant combination of education and work-related experience.
Knowledge of local Labour Law and Employment Regulation
Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational abilities.
Proficient in using of Microsoft Office
