Recruitment Consultant (Japanese Speaking)

- Doing the 360 degree practise of recruitment includes attracting clients and candidates

- Developing relationships, managing and active communication with clients

- Pre-screening candidate’s CV for assessing the candidate potential interview and preparing for forwarding to clients

- Coordinating with clients end to end process to start date

- Developing and maintaining relations with HR team/Recruit channel partners

- Always keeping in contact with clients to get feedback and any problems of candidates

- Focused, self-motivated and a confident individual who possesses strong customer service, sales experience and multi-tasking skills

- Achieves sales target

- Pre-screening candidate’s CV for assessing the candidate potential interview and preparing for forwarding to clients

- Preparing wage schedules, employment conditions, compensation and benefits for employment approval

- Great negotiation skills

- Good command of English

- Passionate in a sales-driven / target driven working environment

Requirements:

+ Comfortable exchanging ideas effectively in both Japanese and English

+ Confidence in exchanging ideas effectively in Japanese.
