Receive and log incoming products and service calls; manage messages and route correspondence efficiently.
Notify customers upon completion of services, including details on service fees and delivery information.
Follow up on customer payments; verify billing details, manage accounts receivable (AR), and issue red invoices.
Coordinate with customers and dealers to support spare part orders and ensure timely delivery.
Review and approve online warranty registrations accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare weekly warranty registration reports for the Sales Team to support performance tracking and planning.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports for managers and relevant departments.
Support the team leader in tracking and managing spare parts inventory and preparing monthly parts orders.
Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
Proven in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools (e.g., email, online research).
Responsible, organized, and detail oriented.
Quick learner with a proactive and hard-working attitude.
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Patient and professional when dealing with customers; able to manage pressure effectively.

Salary: negotiable upon the ability
13th month/bonus etc depending on performance of the Company and the individual staff
SI Contribution subject to Vietnam Labor Code
At least 14 annual years, increased accordingly to seniority
