[Quận 1] Global Procurement & Logistic Specialist

■Position overview
Company is currently working on transforming its supply chain and has set up a new SCM team in the Vietnam office. The team is aiming at shortening the production lead-time, and improving logistics operations. We are looking for personnel with expertise in the shoes industry and logistics to support this project.

■Key Responsibilities
• Improve end-to-end routing process, communication, visibility, and efficiency
• Establish inventory transfer process
• Establish CFS operation to improve container loading rate
• Support projects to transform the supply chain network with 3PL Logistics

• Working experience in logistics operation in either 3PL/forwarder or footwear company
(Understanding of logistics, distribution process, supply chain management)
• Fluent English - business level
• Proficiency in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint for reporting
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Active and solution-oriented mindset
■Working conditions
Main office: Quận 1, HCMC
Factories & forwarders: HCMC, Binh Duong Province, Binh Phuoc Province etc.
Visit factories and forwarders on a weekly basis, using company’s car.
In case of overnight business trip, daily allowance and accommodation are offered.

■Working time
Mon - Fri: 8:00-17:00

■Salary: Nego
