Quality Analyst (Office Hour)

• Ensure products performance meets or exceeds the requirements of clients;
• Conduct root cause and other data analysis based on team performance;
• Participate as project team member in problem prevention and continuous improvement projects;
• Provide QA progress reports to Quality Manager;
• Conduct QA evaluations per client requirements;
• Conduct call coaching sessions per client requirements;
• Act as escalation point of contact for process questions, issues and resolution;
• Contribute to the QA Team's development and share knowledge within the team.

• Work experiences in Quality Assurance at least more than 6 months;
• Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance;
• Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards;
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English;
• Good data collection, analysis skills and reporting;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Analyst (advantage);
• Personal traits and self-management skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast pace work environment within the Content Moderation industry. Candidates may potentially be exposed to harmful content.
• Able to work on weekends.
