Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Manager (Garment, $1500, ID21174)

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance systems in alignment with group and customer standards.
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to understand, communicate, and fulfill quality requirements and expectations.
Plan, conduct, and oversee audits, inspections, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Deliver training and guidance to QA/QC teams and relevant departments on customer specifications, quality procedures, and best practices.
Analyze quality performance reports, identify trends and root causes, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and promote a strong quality culture throughout the factory.
Support laboratory testing, fabric inspection, and technical problem-solving related to raw materials, production processes, and product quality issues.
Foster team engagement and strengthen collaboration among QC inspectors and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent quality performance.

Male/Female
35–45 years old.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within garment manufacturing factories.
Proficient in English.
