Senior Garment Technician (ID15972)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Garment Technician(2000 USD, ID15972)

• Develop sample as per customers’ technical packages and transfer technical knowledges to bulk productions (develop sample making process, technical methods, discussing with customers for technical aspects, reviewing the quality of sample vs customers’ requirements).
• Obtain customers’ quality, styling, and workmanship requirements from CSP or directly meet with customers.
• Establish optimal machine settings.
• Provide training to Sample Room Garment Technicians on new operations to fulfill Sample Room’s need for skilled operators.
• Create operation breakdowns for new styles in the most economical manner possible while keeping the Plant and Customers' requirements in mind.
• Advising client: Be proactive in developing new techniques to enhance quality and fit, and consult CSP on a frequent basis to get the most recent information about client preferences.
• Create and supply the instruments required for mass production and sample creation to improve the effectiveness and caliber of the output.
• Offer technical guidance, recommendations, and assistance in the execution of mock-up and sample production.

• Male; Female I Age: 30 - 45 years olds.
• Bachelor's Degree in Garment Technology, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience Technical in garment companies with 5 years of technical management experience in shirt products.
• Good at English.
