Mô tả công việc:

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Production Manager (Garment, ID11371, 1500USD):
1. Production Planning & Execution
  • Develop cutting plans, including manpower allocation, production targets, and material readiness.
  • Coordinate pre-production meetings and communicate special technical requirements.
  • Monitor production progress, balance workflow, and resolve bottlenecks.
2. Technical & Quality Management
  • Support troubleshooting of technical issues, especially fabric-related or special materials.
  • Review quality reports, conduct spot checks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all cutting processes meet quality standards.
3. Cost Optimization & Efficiency
  • Optimize fabric utilization to reduce waste.
  • Control operational costs, including consumables and energy usage.
  • Continuously improve productivity and operational efficiency.
4. Compliance & Workplace Safety
  • Ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Maintain workplace organization and operational discipline.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Male, age from 35 to 45.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in garment manufacturing.
  • Strong experience in cutting operations.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Willing to work in rotating shifts.
