Senior Recruitment Specialist

• Coordinate with departments to identify recruitment needs based on the organization's development plan.

• Develop detailed recruitment plans, including the number of hires, positions, timelines, and estimated budget.

• Draft and publish job postings on appropriate platforms such as the company website, job boards, social media, etc.

• Search for and approach potential candidates through various sourcing channels.

• Receive and screen candidate applications, selecting qualified profiles for interviews.

• Organize and participate in interviews; assess candidates’ competencies and fit for the role.

• Send job offer letters and guide candidates through the necessary onboarding procedures.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to organize orientation programs and support new hires in adapting to the working environment.

• Maintain and update candidate and recruitment records systematically.

• Compile, analyze, and report recruitment results periodically to the management team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or related fields

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment

• Proficient in English

• Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems tactfully and respond quickly in various situations

• Persistent, honest, and responsible in performing assigned tasks
