Project Manager (B2B, Enterprise,...)

- Manage a portfolio of projects from start to finish including the development of business cases, project plans, resource management, and deliverables

- Coordinate internal team and third parties/vendors/merchants’ team to develop project plans and facilitate the flawless execution of projects.

- Follow up & track projects progress, ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget

- Tracking resource availability and allocation, develop resource usage plan

- Measure project performance, deliver status reports, proposals, and presentations.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Identify, manage and mitigate risk throughout the project and keep stakeholders aware of the risks.

- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and Stakeholders.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

- At least 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end project execution as Project Manager/ Project Coordinator role, preferably in B2B, HRM system.

- Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements

- You are a detail-oriented and goal-driven person

- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans

- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner

- Hands-on experience with project management tools
