Please copy and paste the following URL into your browser: [protected info] for your application.Core Responsibilities:• Coordinate with NPI, Maintenance, and R&D in the startup of a new production facility.• Participate in the improvement of machinery in the production process and the introduction of new technologies/platforms into production.• Support NPI in driving new equipment technology upgrades and engineering changes by evaluating the right specifications, local regulations, time, and budget.• Coordinate with other departments to validate, evaluate, and implement new standards on existing equipment.• Lead and organize training to improve the local specialist team's technical maturity.• Transfer knowledge and provide training to other colleagues (technicians, operators).• Research and apply new technology to improve productivity.• Support MSG compliance implementation and provide feedback to NPI and EHS.• Actively communicate with subordinates and provide constructive feedback.• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.Play your part in our team succeeding!• This position is designed to be key person of the internal Packing Production of LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam by coordinating both internal and external teams to support smooth start-up of new production facility and upgrading technology for existing equipment with optimal use of resources, effectively solve technical nature and pass on your knowledge to other team members.• The main challenges is to support the Operation, have high flexibility managing the demand, ensure the right capabilities of the team members, and maintain control of budget.

    Do you have what it takes?• Technical background with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related majors.• Strong experience in project management.• Minimum 3 years of experience in production, maintenance, or engineering.• Proficient in technical drawing (e.g., CAD).• Experience in improvement projects.• Experience with the installation of new machinery is an advantage.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Good communication and organizational skills.• Result-oriented with a collaborative approach.• Previous experience working for a multinational company and understanding the value of working in a diverse environment.• Creates a culture of openness and transparency.• Proficient in English, both verbal and written, for global collaboration.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
