Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out administrative duties by collecting data, sorting, filing and sending out project
files to the right personnel, workers, and stakeholders.
• Supervise projects in progress and ensure that all issues related to the projects are
clarified and completed to avoid confusion and interruption during execution of projects.
• Record all project items, and make sure they are adequately delivered to the various
departments.
• Attend meetings with the team and pay attention throughout to get details of items
discussed at the meeting to take action accordingly.
1. Education:
• Bachelor's degree or above, majors in Liberal Arts or English related are preferred
2. Language Proficiency:
• English: Equivalent C1 level or above (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; capable of using English as a working language)
• Chinese: Conversational proficiency required (HSK 5~6 equivalent preferred)
3. Management Experience:
• Have team management experience (team size of 50 people above will be highly desirable)
4. Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Strong team collaboration mindset
• High sensitivity and good judgment
5. Professional Competencies:
• Keen observation, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong stress tolerance and self-motivation
• Able to work overtime when required
6. Additional:
• Prior remote project management experience preferred
