1. About the Role:
As an AI Trainer - Audio, you will play a key part in training the large language models that power our AI-native games. Your contributions will fine-tune our models’ audio performance with a specific focus on emotional intelligence, helping to create an immersive user experience within our fictional worlds.
2. Key Responsibilities:
• Annotate audio-based game content such as dialogues, scripts, and TTS (text-to-speech).
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in the data to optimize players’ gaming experience.
• Annotate and evaluate model responses against our internal language & voice style rubrics in an effort to improve audio and overall interactions to achieve the best user experience possible.
• Collaborate with our research and product teams to develop state-of-the-art large language models and audio and video generation technologies.
1. Junior
• Education: Bachelor’s degree student or graduate; good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (CEFR C1 or above).
• Preferred experience: 0–1 year of experience in audio editing, voice acting, content annotation, etc.
• Key Competencies:
- Sensitive to sound with basic audio processing skills.
- Passionate about gaming with a strong understanding of voice content.
- Quick learner, able to adapt to technical tools.
2. Mid-Level
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in English (CEFR C1 or above).
• Preferred experience: 1–3 years of experience in audio production, TTS content optimization, AI data annotation, etc.
• Key Competencies:
- Familiar with audio technologies such as speech synthesis and emotional expression.
- Able to independently complete audio content annotation and quality assessment.
- Experience in cross-team collaboration and driving audio content optimization.
3. Senior
• Education: Master’s degree or above.
• Preferred experience: 3+ years of experience in audio content strategy, AI model training, voice interaction design, etc.
• Key Competencies:
- Deep understanding of speech model training processes and evaluation standards.
- Able to lead audio content strategy development and model tuning.
- Capable of team guidance and project advancement.
100% salary during the 2-month probation period.
12 days of annual leave and one salary review per year.
