Production Team Leader

-Collaborate with the Content/Marketing/Production team to generate, shoot, and edit videos internally and for clients.

-Create content for internal and external marketing purposes.

-Create brief scenarios and plan materials for marketing and creativity, including images for advertising, printing, and social media.

- Brainstorm and contribute ideas as well as collaborate with production team members for effective and optimized video content.

- Work closely with the marketing team and creative team to plan and operate events.

- Responsible for managing and assigningtasks to each team member.

- Other tasks of management and leadership.

- Graduated from Graphic Design or Communications with at least 3 years of work experience.

- Good understanding and experience with social media channels that always tend to update popular trendsin the youth market in Vietnam and international

- Proficient in using professional video editing software such as: Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Proshow Producer, etc.

- Good to have experience and understanding of branding, especially in business fields such as (F&B, Studio, Marketing and Beauty,..)

- Have skills in communicating, observing and understanding customer needs

- Good leadership skills, listening skills, and a good attitude about working style and communication

- Able to withstand pressure and have persuasion and negotiation skills

- Good communicate and write reports in English (knowing Korean is an advantage)
