Production Supervisor

• Work with the Master Scheduler, Coordinators and Planning to execute production orders.
• Be the ERP system expert for production and inventory transactions.
• Supervise Production team and collaborate with other relevant parties in managing daily operation to meet delivery plans.
• Meet KPI targets of quality, on-time delivery, expenditure, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Control WIP (work in progress) at safety level to ensure capacity demand and for unforeseen scenario of order shortage.
• Ensures the smooth running of processes on a production floor, operator performance, include overseeing routine production activities, troubleshooting and solving issues that arise on a production floor and ensuring a safe and clean production workspace.
• Ensure all relevant procedures are followed and compliant.
• Respond to any difficulties promptly and assess the situation to determine if the operation can continue.
• Advise management of any issues that could affect delivery.
• Assist in problem investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Execute and supervise engineering changes.
• Well preparation for any internal and external audits.
• Conduct team briefings to inform staffs of operational issues, company news, and performance against KPIs.
• Contribute to new product development and work with persons in charge at Headquarter side.
• Promote the continuous improvement policy and help implement initiatives in a structured.
• Perform any other duties relevant to the position.
• Strictly complying with the Fire Protection system; workplace health and safety.
