Meeting the daily production volumes as per the plan
Regular monitoring and reporting of the line performance and ensuring meeting the targets (Capacity, OEE, material loss, Productivity)
Preparation of daily production report and daily/weekly meeting reports
Cordinating with various departments (quality, warehouse and maintenance) to ensure that the line performance is meeting the target
Lead the team and work very closely with the team (operators, leaders, workers, casual workers) to ensure that the team members are clear on the respective roles and meeting the KPIs of the line
Drive continuous improvement in the line
Work well with all the departments to prevent/reduce any unplanned downtime in the line
Carry out any trials/samples making as and when needed
Identify the skill gaps in the team and plan for the training of the team members

Min 3 years working experience in similar role in food industry or consume packing industry
Basic english language
Basic excel, powerpoint skills,
Know systemsTPM, Kaizen
