Production Engineer

Task & responsibilities / Nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm

- Owner for line defect/ productivity

- Leading team to solve out quality issue (Safety, quality, cost, delivery): PFMEA, FTA, 8D, SPC

- Leading team to accelerate Kaizen activities.

- Take production responsibility to transfer new products

- Execution of Process and Equipment Verification and Validation, IQ/OQ/PQ

- Design and Develop Manufacturing Processes, tools, and fixtures.

- Train and supervise production staff on new process and methodology.

- Continuous improvement of production process through tooling and fixtures design for increased quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.

- Report to Assembly manager

Working conditions / Điều kiện làm việc

- Work at Therm-x SVT office at VSIP1

- Working time: 8AM to 16:30PM

Education requirement / Yêu cầu về trình độ

- Bachelor of Engineering (prefer Industrial Management/ Industrial Systems Engineering)

- Good communication in English

Experience requirement / Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm

- 1~3 years as an engineer in an industrial manufacturing plant

- LEAN manufacturing mindset

- Good project management/ presentation and communication skills

- Good problem analysis and problem-solving skill

- Ability to moderate workshop and lead teamwork activities

- Could work OT in case job's requirement

- Proficient in Mechanical AutoCAD/ MS Office/Inventor
