Production Assistant

**ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES
-Implement 5S
-Print orders and checking status of orders according to production schedule-
-Monitor the KPI
-Ensure consumption and notifying
-Inventory and weekly report
-Process layer
-Train the leaders
-Report the daily, weekly quantity SAP
-Coordinate with other department to maintain the product quality and machine conditions
-Know-how about working instruction and ensure the working instruction are followed
-Comply with the required order and cleanliness, safety and environmental requirements
- Follow assign from head of department
**AUTHORITIES
- Handle labour discipline violations with the operator do not comply with labor regulations or work instructions.
- Stop the production line if detecting the locations or machines that do not ensure safety or quality.
- Make decisions based on the current situation on behalf of the manager in their absence or outside working hours.
- Change production plan in case urgent order or material problem.
- Sign on overtime document, leave application, in/out issue from stock
- Evaluate performance of workers.
