Quality Laboratory Technician

• Prepare and manage samples for functional testing, coordinate with relevant departments and external laboratories for sample communication and test arrangement.

• Perform functional tests and SOC (Substance of Concern) tests for raw materials and products.

• Prepare and execute test reports for functional and RoHS evaluations of raw materials and products.

• Carry out calibration of internal and external measurement tools and equipment.

• Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) periodically and when there are changes in personnel or measurement tools/equipment

• Draft and revise procedures and work instructions for laboratory equipment and appropriate testing methods

• Plan and monitor testing activities using the SAP system.

• Participate in Group-level projects when required.

• Participate in PPAP documentation according to customer requirements.

• Participate in internal audits, certification audit, and customer audit of quality, environment, and safety systems

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager

• Adhere to company requirements and regulations

• In case of absence, delegate to: Quality Laboratory Supervisor

**REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in Chemistry/ Industrial Engineering or similar

- Minimum 1 years work at laboratory.

- Knowledge of Quality Coretools and Calibration

- 5 core tools certificate in IATF 16949

- Internal Auditor Certificate IATF 16949 / ISO 9001

- ISO 14001 Internal Certificate

- Certificate of lab measurement equipment

- Ability use laboratory equipment such as X-ray instrument, tensile strength, Voltage tester, oven, Vertical and Horizontal Flammability test, Abrasion tester...

- Priority knowledge of international regulations in testing methodology (UNE-EN ISO, SAE, ASTM, etc.), as well as customer requirements.

- Good at microsoft office.

- Proactive, ability to teamwork
