1. Perform Engineering Risk Assessments with regard to product/ process deviations
2. Technical consultation on product know-how for problem solving during Current production & Releases, ECR (Engineering Change Request), Concessions
3. Team member of New line/product releases & Process improvement projects including DRBFM (Design Review Based on Failure Mode) content build up and review/ evaluation of production documents - PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), Release protocols, Control plan
4. Educate/share product know how to less experienced peer engineers within the group
5. Lead/moderate 8D's or DRBFM or Material issue task force with lead plant support
6. Other tasks assigned by manager

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education
• Master or bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial or Automotive or Mechatronics engineering major
2. Work experience
• 2 to 3 (Master's degree) or ≥ 4 (Bachelor's degree) years of experience in engineering/ quality functions at a production plant
• Statistical analysis & Process capability knowledge and experience a must
• Technical knowledge in Mechanical/ Automotive domain & Quality management preferred
3. Traits and Skills
• Technical knowledge (Mechanical/ Automotive domain knowledge/ experience).
• Quality Methods/tools (Change management, Concessions)
• Statistical analysis & Process capability knowledge
• English language proficiency (Written & Spoken)
• Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, team player, learning by doing
