Responsible for managing supplier relationships, supporting procurement operations in system, ensuring price control, sourcing new suppliers, and maintaining inventory and purchasing processes efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and standards.


Material Price Management:

• Support material price approval process in system, including document checks, uploads, manage suppliers’ information.

• Looking for new suppliers, monitor and control material price variations through comparison between current and potential suppliers.

Supplier management:

• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, delivery speed, and how well they follow agreements.

• Create reports on supplier performance and track their progress.

• Meet suppliers regularly to share feedback and help them improve.

• Track suppliers follow contracts, quality standards, and company rules.

• Support contract negotiations and ensure terms reflect current business needs and market conditions.

• Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers to keep the supply chain smooth and reliable.

• Act as the main contact person for suppliers, handling their questions and concerns professionally.

Monitor Inventory:

• Track inventory levels and notify when restocking is needed.

• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and management of goods.

Others:

• Other tasks assigned by line manager or BOD.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• 3+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SAME POSITION, EXPERIENCE IN FURNITURE IS HIGH ADVANTAGE

• GOOD ENGLISH (WRITING & READING)

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems

• Good knowledge of furniture materials and procurement procedures

• BA degree in Economics, Supply Chain management or relating university

• Good skills of time & work management

• Good skills of communication & negotiation, logical thinking and flexible problem-solving ability.

• Good skills in collecting and analyzing information, data, and making report

• Result-oriented, multi-tasking ability.

• Adaptability & good pressure resistance

• Proactive, initiative, willing to learn

• Can work independently or teamwork and able to travel frequently
