Accounting & Finance Supervisor (Fluent English)

The Accounting & Finance supervisor will oversee all accounting operations in the factories, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with regulations, and effective internal controls. This role involves supervising the accounting teams, streamlining processes, accounting systems, analysis and report preparation. The Senior General Accountant will also support the Board of Directors (BOD) with accounting insights to guide decision-making.

• Supervise accounting team in whole bookkeeping including all elements

• To do the overview of accounting teams of how things are organized

• To supervise & overview from scratch to get a good accounting/finance teams at the factories and build this

• Supervise accounting team of the factory by monitoring, supervising and evaluating all daily accounting activities

• Directly involved in building/improving accounting/financial systems to collect, analyze, verify and report a myriad of financial information.

• Enforce the correct accounting policies, methods and principles

• Complete annual audits to ensure accuracy

• Meet financial objectives through collaboration and delegation

• Produce financial statements by monitoring and evaluating accounting data

• Streamline systems and processes and initiate corrective actions when necessary

• Create and sustain fiscal records and other files to accurately document transactions

• Recommend products and services to maximize sales margins

• Forecast and proactively manage cash flows

• Do monthly/ Quarterly/ Annually financial reporting, analyze data and give advice

• Ensure timely compliance with tax and regulatory filing and respond to regulatory inquiries

• Continuously seek out, suggest, and implement opportunities to improve processes

• Reported to BOD & Group Founders

• Other tasks assigned by BOD

• Travel to factories at Quy Nhơn & Ben Tre when necessary (especially in the beginning time)

Requirements:

• +08 years experience as Senior/ Supervisor in FDI manufacturing (furniture field is high advantage)

• Fluently in English is the MUST

• Familiar with accounting software ( FAST, MISA, ERP, ... ) and strong at excel

• Experience in policy/ process setting up

• Experienced in managing big cash flow

• Pro-active, independent and a quick learner

• Excellent analytical and good conceptual skills

• Strong sense of ownership to deliver results in a timely manner

• Strong leadership & people management

• Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills

• Good understanding of the relationship between corporate strategy and financial control.

• Ability to work with large amounts of complex data

• Comfortable in working in an international matrix environment.
